If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive an email from the ticketing provider or promoter with the next steps.If the show is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid and will transfer to the new date. If this is not possible or you cannot attend the new date, you will receive a full refund.
We accept Companion Cards; contact the venue, ticketing company or us directly for further details.
No refunds are given unless there is a change of date, venue or other significant change to the original ticket sold; if this is the case, you will be notified.
DO NOT purchase tickets from a third party or marketplace to avoid being scammed or potentially facing fines for ticket scalping. This applies to both sellers and buyers.
For every show different age restrictions may apply; check the ticket page to the show and venue for details. IF A SHOW IS LISTED 18+ THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to venue legal requirements or due to the contents of the show, liquor licensing etc, this MUST be abided. You may be refused entry without a refund if you do not have the relevant ID confirming you meet the required restrictions.
